Baked Chicken Rice & Green Beans

Ready for an easy recipe the entire family will love? Baked Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Green Beans!!

For the Chicken
Using a fork, stab holes throughout
Sprinkle with lemon juice
Preheat oven to 325
Coat the bottom of a casserole dish with olive oil
Add Chicken to the Dish
Season with pink sea salt & hickory seasoning
Cover and bake for 2 hours

 For the Rice
In a medium saucepan, add wholegrain brown rice and water according to directions
Add sea salt and hickory seasoning to taste
Cover and bring to a boil
Lower to a simmer and cook 45 minutes
Remove from heat without removing lid for 5 minutes
Ready to Serve

 For the Green Beans
Using frozen green beans, not canned
Put in a medium skillet - top with olive oil, sea salt & pepper
Cook on medium heat, covered, stirring frequently

 Serving sizes for most women over 40 - 5-7oz of the chicken, 1/4 cup rice, 1/2 - 1 cup green beans
